How to file a complaint with us
1. If the player has a complaint, they should in the first instance contact the customer support team via live text chat on the app or at email@example.com
2. A less serious complaint shall be resolved at the chat level as and when they occur. For the same over email, it should be directed to the live chat.
3. For more serious queries or complaints which require more time, a unique Ticket ID shall be issued to the player, which then shall be checked and resolved within a reasonable amount of time.
4. After successful resolution, the concerned player should be provided with a response over live text chat or email about the complaint, and the Ticket shall be closed.
5. Player should accept that any complaints and disputes are and should remain confidential both whilst a resolution is sought and afterwards. Player should agree that they shall not disclose the existence, nature or any detail of any complaint or dispute to any third party.
6. Our decision on complaints shall be final and binding on the player.
